Rebuild & Restore Fund

The SoLa Foundation has launched a $1.5M Campaign  to enable fire-impacted families in Altadena to keep their land, preserve their wealth, and rebuild their homes

by granting 10 standalone ADUs at no-cost.

Our vision is for homeowners to live on their property as they rebuild. Each family can then transform their ADU into an investment property to generate future income. Our long-term goal is to grant more than 100 standalone ADUs to affected families in Altadena.

How Would It Work?

The Units

  • 10 one-bedrooms units granted to 10 families valued at $150,000 each. 2-3 bedroom options are available for additional cost.

  • Each unit features a spacious bedroom and bathroom as well as a full kitchen, stand-alone dining area, and a comfortable living room. All units come fully equipped with modern appliances and fixtures for an efficient, standardized, and scalable onsite assembly.

  • The SoLa Foundation is seeking to work with families who lost their homes in the Eaton Fire.
