What Can You Expect as a Participant?

As a participant, you’ll be at the heart of exciting, purpose-driven activities that build bonds and ignite passions:

Champion2Champion Match Day
      Kickstart your mentorship journey by meeting your mentee/mentor in a day filled with excitement, energy, and the promise of growth.

Community-Based Check-Ins
        Engage with your mentee/ mentor both at SoLa TEC and out in the vibrant community – from Griffith Park adventures to other local gems.

Community Building Group Activities
       Join us for SoLa TEC Family Day, explore the great outdoors with hikes, camping, and surfing in our SoLa I CAN series, and career driven and enjoy fun-filled field trips.

       Celebrate the achievements of mentors, mentees, and the bonds you've built in a night of inspiration and joy.

Mentor-Specific Team Building Events
     Connect with fellow mentors through mixers, retreats, and more!

Mentee-Specific Team Building Events
